i was on dialysis from 2/1/06 to 7/21/09.i really had no problems with my three days & fo ur hours a day treatment.the whole 3yrs & 5 mos.on dialysis,i may gotten ill two times.i never felt sick,depressed.or felt sorry for myself/i told my parents that if i had to do dialysis again,i'd do it again.i had my kidney transplant on 7/23.09.the whole time i was o n dialysis i may have had 18 calls for a transplant that i had to turn down.i always thou ght it wasn't gods wishes yet for a kidney.when the time was right,the right kidney call c ame and god thought i was ready for a kidney transplant,he would give me that kidney.i ju followed all infomation i was given by the staff,dieticians,nurses,techs,and the doctor a s much as possible.asked questions on how to improve my monthly labs.thanks to the fo josephine,alma,effie,kathy,marianna,both vikkies,connie,lisa,linda,louis who fixed my audio when it was out and other staff who may have left while on my treatment.take care & god bless.hector
