Dr. Simens is by far the rudest, most un professional doctor I've ever experienced. She made my dogs ear 10% worse by giving him multiple pills then refused to treat him. She told me she would refund my money when I brought it up she screamed " go find another doctor" then screamed, slammed the door on me, and said " get out of here!". I said nothing wrong. She was extremely rude. I was left in shock. I would never recommend anyone going to such a rude and un caring doctor, worst experience!

Excellent vet service - completely competent and provides great service and follow up on those services. Dr. Walker is absolutely a top notch vet.
