I always come to this place. I am here once a month. While I can say that they do a good job, I am extremely disappointed with the service today. I got there about 2:15 pm today. There was 1 customer in front of me and so I sat down to wait my turn. Perhaps maybe 15 minutes after I got there, a gentleman who i suppose knew one for the stylists came in and gave one a huh then sat down. After a half hour of sitting there, one of the barbers took the customer in front of me and after a couple of minutes went by the second stylist had fnished. So i look up at them and next thing i see is him call out his buddy. the guy got up and sat down to get his cut. Whats even worse is that the girl sitting at the desk saw it; she then looked up at me, looked at them, looked back at me..and said NOTHING!!!! Its okay you can have people you know and maybe family there its cool, but at the end of the day, we are all customers! I wish Shareef woulf have been there he wouldnt have let that happen. This was so upsetting that after 45 minutes there i left..After this, I will never go back here not recommend this place to anyone. That was very disrespectful and disregarding of their loyal customer's time. Let alone, they knew and saw this, yet did nothing about it. Way to go Zena, nepotism does not make for good business.

I recently visited Anaheim from Canada and, with a morning free, decided to call a local salon for a much needed cut and colour. I spoke to Sharif and he offered to open early so that we would have more time at Disneyland with our family. From the moment we got there and were welcomed with refreshing tea, to the moment we left with gorgeous hair, we were treated so well by Sharif and his staff. While waiting for my colour, my husband even had a hot shave and facial, which he enjoyed and appreciated very much! (We even got some advice from the girls on where the best beaches were). Just overall a lovely experience that exceeded our expectations! I would recommend Sharif and his staff at Zena Hair Salon to anyone without hesitation.

After 2yrs tht I lost my stylist of 10yrs nothing has been the same. I walked into zena skeptic at first but I came out loving this place!!! I walked in not knowing what I wanted but shariff came to my rescue I think I found my new stylist :). Thank you shariif and Gulut!

I loved this salon! I went in a few weeks ago and was helped by Ali. Not only did he give me a fabulous cut and style, he also gave me advice on which products I should use for my hair type. He also explained what he was doing while styling my hair so I would be able to do it on my own at home. Plus it was very affordable! I totally recommend it!

Okie dokie so I created an account just to say how I LOVE Zena's salon. My hair is very frizzy and wavy and every time I went to my old salon no one ever knew what to do with it and when I would get it dyed they'd end up frying it. Also all the ladies would make a big deal on how much hair I had and It made me feel uncomfortable. At Zena's Salon it was a WHOLE different story. Okie dokie so I walk in there and I was right away greeted and offered tea and coffee; it was pretty darn cool - it reminded me of "Beauty Shop" with the cocoa. I only had to show Ali ( sorry if I spelled your name wrong) the picture once and he worked his magic and I came out looking fabulous!! I love it!!! The thing I liked most tho is that they treat you like guests rather than clients so you don't get the haughty patronizing vibe or sometimes even rudeness like at my old salon. Zena's is the first salon I've actually ever came out of completely happy and if your looking for a new place Zena's hair salon should be your next and permanent stop because they work wonders at a fair price. Fantastic service, fair price, great hair.

Let me start of by saying how thankful I am to have this salon 4 mins away from my house in Anaheim, Ca. I just moved him from Florida a little over a month ago. I have been looking for stylist since I landed in California. I was very pleased with Diana's service, manager, coffee, oil treatment, hair cut, style, location, hours, and price. I will refer my coworkers to Zenas Salon.
